中文摘要 | 在國際化之影響下,不僅大型企業為鞏固競爭優勢而爭相採行多角化策略,中小企業也紛紛採行多角化策略。國內有關多角化的實證研究,大部份是以大型企業為主,以中小型企家族企業多角化策略為研究對象之篇幅較少,因而觸發本研究探究本土中小型家族企業採行多角化策略之支配邏輯的研究動機。本研究主要目的在於探討本土中小型家族企業採行多角化策略管理之支配邏輯,以個案研究及深度訪談方式進行探索性研究,推導中小型家族企業採行多角化策略管理之相關命題,作為後續研究進一步實證之基礎。 |
英文摘要 | In the influence of internationalization, not only the large sized business but also the middle-small sized business was taking the diversification strategies for maintaining their competitive advantage. A lot of empirical studies of diversification were targeting on large sized business in this country; on the other hand, relevant studies targeting on middle-small sized business are much fewer. These motivate me to explore the dominant logic for middle-small sized of family business. The purpose of this study is to construct the conceptual frameworks by transferring dominant logic of diversification to middle-small sized of family business, and then taking a case study and deep interviews for going on explored research, in order to deduct the propositions of diversification strategy management for middle-small sized of family business and offer the basis for empirical study in the future. |
