中文摘要 | 合作教學結合兩位教師共救一個班級,有互相技持協助的功能,但是合作教學的 困難也使教師視為畏途。本研究以觀察與深入訪談的方法,探索一對幼稚園教師的合作方式 與關係。研究結果發現兩位教師彈性調整其角色,透過多種分工方式來教學;兩人之間並發 展出信賴與同心的夥伴關係。本研究對正在摸索如何分工與合作之教師,以及在校學習的未 來老師,提供了具體的參考實例。 |
英文摘要 | Collaborative teaching involves two educators in a classroom and provides supportive and cooperative functions. However, the barriers and difficulties of collaborative teaching may impede its implementation. The present study explored the means of collaboration and the relationships between two team teachers in an early childhood classroom through observation and in-depth interview. The team showed highly flexible roles and various way of sharing responsibilities. They also developed trust relationship and had common commitment toward the job. The results may provide present and future early childhood educators examples of how to team. |
