英文摘要 | The best stage for shoot proflieration form lfower buds of gerbera such as ‘Rosabella’, ‘Arobella’ and ‘Rosalin’, were at tight bud (0.5~1.5 cm in diameter), as well as ‘Stardust’ was at coloring stage. The shortest time for shoot regeneration required 3 wks in ‘Rosabella’, ‘Arobella’ and ‘Foske’, as compared to required 7 wks in ‘Ansofie’. The 1/2MS medium containing BA 5~10mg/L culturing 5gerbera, such as ‘Twiggy’ proliferated more shoots. Tight buds of ‘Rosabella’ soaked in NaN3 0.5~10mM for 60 or 90 min regenerated more shoots. Mutants of color, flower shape and number of petals were observed in the regenerated population. |
