中文摘要 | 本研究採用4種齒型之碳化鎢端焊鋸片(齒型代號TCG, ATB+R, LRLRS及LR,並分別給予鋸片代號KD, KG, STS及PBL),分別安裝於圓鋸機上,鋸切試驗之主軸轉速固定,並依照試驗設計以自動送材機變化3種送材速度(5.5, 11及16.5 m/min),鋸切過程中分別進行線上監測主軸振動、鋸切溫度及主軸轉速,以瞭解齒型及送材速度對防火板鋸切之影響。試驗結果得知KD及KG二種鋸片隨著送材速度增加,振動量降低且以鋸切MDF之振動量較大,而以鋸切氧化鎂板之振動量較小,且經消音處理之STS鋸片,在各種送材速度下鋸切三種材料之振動量皆較低。4種鋸片皆以鋸切MDF之溫度較高,KG及STS二種鋸片鋸切氧化鎂板及KD及PBL二種鋸片以鋸切矽酸鈣板之溫度較低,連續鋸切試驗中四種齒型皆隨鋸切時間之增長而提升溫度,其中以MDF之升溫較高,KD,KG及PBL三種鋸片鋸切MDF之最終鋸切溫度約60℃左右,而STS鋸片鋸切MDF之溫度則低於40℃。另外,鋸切過程中皆會導致主軸轉速之降低,且隨著送材速度之增加,鋸切過程中之主軸轉速亦會稍微減緩。依本試驗結果,建議防火板以STS齒型鋸片鋸切為宜。 |
英文摘要 | Four tungsten carbide tipped saw blades (KG, KD, STS, and PBL) with four tooth types (TCG, ATB+R, LRLRS, and LR) were mounted on the auto-feeder table saw. The rotating speed was fixed and the feed speeds were changed (5.5, 11 and 16.5 m/min) during sawing MDF and fire-retarding boards. In order to understand the effects of tooth types and feed speeds on the fire-retarding boards, spindle vibration, cutting temperature, and spindle speed were monitored on line during sawing. Results of the tests showed that the spindle vibration of KD and KG types of saw balde decreased with increasing feed speed for all sawing conditions. Sawing MDF could produce larger vibration than fire-retarding boards under four types of saw blade. The STS type of saw blade which is designed for reducing noise produced smaller vibration. The highest cutting temperature was detected during sawing MDF under four types of saw blade. Sawing magnesium oxide board by KG and STS types of saw blade and calcium silicate board by KD and PBL types of saw blade, respectively, produced the lowest cutting temperature. The cutting temperature was increased with increasing cutting length in continual sawing of three types of materials with four types of saw blade. This phenomenon was more significant when sawing MDF. The cutting temperature was about 60℃ when MDF was sawed by KD, KG, and PBL types of saw blades. As for STS types of saw blade, the cutting temperature was below 40℃. Furthermore, the spindle speed decreased during sawing and decreased with increasing feed speed. It is recommended that the STS type of saw blade is suitable for sawing fire-retarding boards in this study. |
