中文摘要 | 兩岸加入WTO的既定政策方向,使得兩岸汽車產業出現重大威脅,然而,危機亦是轉機;因為,大陸汽車市場廣大且成長迅速,提供了無限的商機。擁有廉價勞力、原物料能降低製造成本;加上官方政策大力支持,是汽車工業茁壯的優良環境。然而,大陸缺乏資金、技術、貿易、管理人才,則必須仰賴國際車廠及臺灣的合作。臺灣在地理位置、文化、語文方面具有優勢。加上製造技術純熟,部分關鍵零組件及OEM零件品質良好、又有資金。這些條件可和國際大廠及大陸車廠分工;國際性車廠以設計、研發為主;製造方面:臺灣車廠則具有成本、品質優勢;大陸因為土地、原物料、勞力低廉;加上臺灣可以扮演國際大廠和大陸車廠的技術橋樑;而形成完整上、中、下游的合作關係。本研究發現世界汽車集團在大陸投資有成功,有也失敗。成功的原因在於發展策略是否符合大陸經濟成長的階段需求。是企業策略目標市場與臺灣、大陸政策是否相符影響。未來國際性汽車大廠透過與臺灣車廠合作的完整中衛供應體系,應是較佳的進軍大陸模式。 |
英文摘要 | The automobile industries both in Taiwan and in China, after entering World Trade Organization (WTO), are facing the competitive threats from those in Western countries, such as U.S., France, German, and in Japan. However, the rapid growth of automobile market in China still provides great opportunities. On the other hand, The industrial environment in China is fostering one for automobile industry with lower labor cost, inexpensive materials, and regulated policy, although China lacking capital, trading skills, administration knowledge, and R&D technology. China needs outside facilitation not only from automobile industries in Western countries, and in Japan for R&D and innovation technology but also from that in Taiwan, who has more capital, administration knolwedge, better manufacturing skills, and higher quality of automobile parts. Taiwan also has its advantages in geography, such as location, culture, and language, comparing to Western countries and Japan. As such, Taiwan is able to play the role of coordinator for the collaborations among global automobile industries to form a supply chain. This research found that the model with collaboration among global automobile industries to form supply chain under Taiwan’s coordination is the best one to enter the automobile market in China. |
