中文摘要 | 電信網路技術不斷提升,各類網路與用戶設備應運而生。而這些網路設備仍須與中華電信龐大的固網網路介接,為此網路維運中心(NOC)有必要對全區中繼路由進一步處理,以了解固網電話交換及傳輸間網路狀況、進而擴展至行動網路與智慧型網路之介接,符合快速、全面、精準的掌握全區網路運轉之目的。本系統功能即在迅速反應網路服務組態,蒐集分析網路障礙區間,此外為加速搶修及復原並提供維運工具作遠端測試維修之用,藉以提昇整體電信服務品質,維持中華電信領先的網路經營。 |
英文摘要 | The technology of the telecommunication network is making progress continuously, and new networks and customer equipments are invented. In order to make these networks and equipments to link up the enormous fixed network of Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. (CHT) smoothly, Network Operation Center(NOC) has to manage the trunk route of the fixed network in more detail. Then we can understand the events that happen between the switching network and the transmission network which belong to the fixed network. And we also desire to collect and realize the events that happen when those new networks and equipments link up the mobile network and the intelligent network of our company via NOC further. Finally we will be able to get the operation information of the entire telecommunication network precisely and immediately in the future. NOC Trunk Route Management System (TRMS) is developed for purpose of reacting to the configuration of the telecommunication network rapidly and analyzing the events so as to find out the trouble area in the network. Besides, TRMS can speed up the repair and recovery of the network. Also, it provides operation tools for the remote test and maintenance. Therefore, TRMS will be able to improve the quality of the entire telecommunication services and let CHT be always ahead of other telecommunication service providers. |
