中文摘要 | 本研究在探討超高速射出成型過程中,使用二次回收塑膠料的影響。針對 HDPE及 ABS材料,以 300、500、700、900至 1100mm/s之不同射出速度,於不同厚度 (0.6 mm、2.0 mm)之單點進膠口拉伸試片,探討材料之拉伸強度和熱物理性質(Tg,Tm)及流動指數之變化關係。 研究顯示,對厚度 0.6mm之 HDPE及 ABS試片,在射出速度 1100mm/s下均具有最大的拉伸強度。對含回收二次料之試片,其拉伸強度會下降 5%。在熔融指數試驗中,試片厚度 2.0mm的流動指數值比厚度 0.6mm試片增加約 9%。HDPE試片含回收二次料其熔融指數值會增高 38 %,而 ABS試片含回收二次料其熔融指數值會增高約 26 %。在熱物性試驗中,射速增高,ABS試片之玻璃轉化溫度 Tg有小幅增加 1.12℃,HDPE試片之熔點 Tm有升高 1.03℃。對含回收二次料試片之試驗結果顯示,HDPE試片含回收二次料其 Tm差異影響不顯著,ABS試片含回收二次料其 Tg增加 1.39℃。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the tensile test specimens with 0.6 and 2.0mm thickness for different polymer material (HDPE and ABS)were used to investigate the effect of injection velocity (300, 500, 700, 900, and 1100mm/s). The material properties including tensile stress, glass transition temperature Tg, melting temperature Tm and melting flow index, were studied. The results show that the specimens with thickness of 0.6mm have the highest tensile strength using the injection velocity of 1100mm/s for both HDPE and ABS material. The tensile strength was reduced approximately 5% using 100% recycled resin. In the melting flow index testing, the specimens with 2.0mm thickness have higher values of melting flow index than the specimens with 0.6mm thickness. Meanwhile, the melting flow index for recycled polymers raised approximately 38% and 26% than virgin polymers of HDPE and ABS, respectively. The thermal properties such as Tg and Tm for ABS and HDPE material, increased with enhanced injection velocity between 1.12℃ and 1.03℃, respectively. The use of HDPE with recycled material does not affect the temperature of Tm and the Tg increased to 1.39℃ for the ABS with recycled material. |
