中文摘要 | 科技的進步,使得數位學習系統已廣泛被許多教育單位及公司行號所採用,由於數位學習可提供個人一個不受時間/空間限制的學習機會,而此機會對於一些因工作關係無法重返校園,或欲終身學習的人們無疑是開了一扇學習的方便之門,所以將來應有更多的課程會以數位的方式提供給學習者,此點應是無庸置疑的!有關數位學習的研究雖然已在學術界引起學者的廣泛注意,並已有不少比方面的著作或論點提出,但是卻很少有人進行有關如何使數位學習系統成功方面的研究,因為數位學習系統可算是一種特別為教育學習而設計的資訊系統,所以本研究將以先前探討資訊系統成功方面的文獻為基礎,來探討數位學習的成功有那些關鍵的構面及項目,相信本研究的結果,未來應對學者在發展數位學習甚至行動學習的理論有所助益,另外對企業或系統開發廠商而言,亦能對於如何設計一個更好更成功的數位學習系統提供一個具體的方向。 |
英文摘要 | As a promising solution, electronic learning (e-learning) has been widely adopted by many institutions or companies to offer learning-on-demand opportunities to individual for reducing training time and cost. Therefore, there is no doubt that e-learning will be more proliferous in the early future. While e-learning have received much attention among researchers, little research has been conducted to explore the success with e-learning systems. Since e-learning is a special type of information system (IS). Based on the previous IS success studies, this paper conducts a study to explore critical constructs and important opinion items within each construct for e-learning systems success. Our research results will be useful to researchers in developing and testing e-learning system or even m-learning systems theories, as well as to organizations in designing better-accepted e-learning systems. This study concludes by discussing limitations that could be addressed in future studies. |
