中文摘要 | 高科技產業的競爭優勢在於擁有傑出的合作團隊,領導團隊的中級主管在領導效能受到高度要求下,必須努力學習新的領導能力。本研究以高科技產業魅力領導為研究主題,進行實證分析的工作,受試樣本有35家高科技公司(包括電腦、通訊及消費性電子產品)的252名員工。茲將重要結果陳述於后:(一)魅力領導對員工組織承諾及工作滿足皆為顯著正相關。(二)員工任職於較保守的生產部門(例如製造部門及採購部門)時,較不適合魅力領導,然若員工任職於行銷、研發、資訊等較強調創新的部門時,較適合採用魅力領導。(三)當員工成熟度高時,適合採用魅力領導行為,故當員工成熟度低時,較不適用魅力領導。 |
英文摘要 | The competitive advantage of high-tech industries is that possess excellent teams. It is important to provide team leadership highly efective for middle managers. So they must learn new leadership skills. This study examines with an empirical analysis on charismatic leadership in high-tech industries. Based on the result of statistical analysis on 252 employees from 35 companies primarily in computer, communication and consumer electronics industries, the following findings were obtained (1) Charismatic leadership correlates positively both with organizational commitment and job satisfaction. It can be concluded that charismatic leadership is worth pursuing in a corporate environment. (2) In more conservative departments (eg. Maunfacturing, Purchasing , etc.), the managers showed the higher charismatic leadership and the employees exhibited the lower organizational commitment. Contrarily in more creative departments (eg. marketing, R&D, information, etc.), the managers showed the higher charismatic leadership and the employess also exhibited the higher organizational commitment. (3) Charismatic leadership is suitable for higher mature Employees, whereas it is not fit for lower mature employees. |
