中文摘要 | 為深入探討影響組織變革發展的內外部因素,組織變革發展的基本概念意涵、當代組織變革思潮的重要發展趨勢及其對教育行政理論建構與帢踐行動之影響,本研究除理論探索之外,亦輔之以實證調查之研究,俾使理論與實跟相互結合,從而使本研究益趨週延完整,且更具深層之研究與價值。 就理論探索言之,本研究試圖從文獻分析的角度和理論詮釋的途徑,運用批判性繼承、創造性輔化及辯證性綜合的研究方法,針對當代組織變革思潮的發展趨勢,探討其對教育行政理論與實踐發展之重要啟迪意義。 就實證調查言之,本研究根據前述理論探討之結果,抽譯其精要,作為實證調查研究之理論基礎,再參酌學者專家之建議,編製「組織變革思潮發展趨勢知覺問卷」與「教柮行政實踐行動策略知覺問卷」兩種工具,以教育行政人員、學校行政人員、大學院校教育及國民小學教師等為押樣對象,進行實證問卷調查,俾瞭解我國教育人員對當代組織變革思潮發展趨勢知覺情形,同時探討教育人員對教育行政實踐行動策略「個人期望」與「組織現況」的感受狀況,並分析其間差異情形,藉此研究結果,提供具體可行之建議,一方面作為教育行政理論建構及實際運作之參考,另方面則作為未來近一步研究之基礎。 一、教育行政理論建構方面 (一)教育行政理論建構應加強科際整合研究 (二)教育行政理論研究宜兼重質與量的方法 (三)教育行政理論發展應強化未來趨勢探索 (四)教育行政理論開展宜重視實踐行動研究 二、教育行政實踐行動方面 (一)瞭解組織變革發展趨勢,掌握社會變遷脈動 (二)突破傳統科層體制迷思,建立彈性靈活組織 (三)掌握現代高新資訊科技,推動組織再造工程 (四)塑造創新學習組織文化,構築教育共同願景 (五)強化組織變革領導功能,引領成員迎接挑戰 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore: 1)the external and internal factors that influence organizational change and development, 2)the fundamental concepts of organizational change and development, and 3)the influences of current trends of organizational change on the construction and practice of administration theory. In addition to theory exploration, empirically based research using surveys that combines other theories and practices are employed, so that this study will be more complete, richer, and generally, will contribute uniquely to the literature. Regarding theory exploration, the study employs the methods of critical heritage, creative transformation and dialectic synthesis that are based on the perspectives of literature analysis and theory interpretation, so that current trends of organizational change on the development of organizational change on the development of educational administration theory and practice can be explored. In regards to the empirical survey, the theoretical foundation of the empirical survey-based research is based on the previous results of theory exploration. Moreover, "The Organizational Trend Perception Questionnaire" and "The Educational Administration Practice Action Strategy Perception Questionnaire" were created with the suggestions of scholars and experts. The survey sample includes educational administrators, school administrators, university faculties and elementary school teachers. The purpose of the empirical survey is to understand Taiwan educators' perceptions of current trends of organizational change. Also, the survey is used to explore educators' perceptions about "personal expectation" and "organizational current status" of educational administration practice action strategy. The study also analyzes the differences between personal expectation and organization current status. As a result of this analysis, the study will offer concrete and feasible suggestions for educational administration organizations for the construction of educational administration theory and the reference of practical operations as well as directions for future research. The construction of educational administration theory: 1.The construction of educational administration theory should emphasize on interdisciplinary research. 2.The research of educational administration theory should employ qualitative and quantitative methods. 3.The development of educational administration theory should strengthen the exploration of future trends. 4.The development of educational administration theory should highlight practical action research. The practical action of educational administration: 1.Understand the trends of organizational change and development, and know the changes in Taiwan's society. 2.Overcome the myth of the traditional hierarchy system, and build flexible organizations. 3. Know the modern advanced technology, and reengineer educational administration organizations. 4.Shape innovative cultures of learning organizations as well build educational vision. 5.Strengthen organizational change and leadership functions as well as lead members to face challenges. |
