中文摘要 | 本研究針對一位國內花式溜冰選手進行身心教育課程實施果的個案研究。 從瞭解選手、觀察她的動作表現,逐漸介入給予身體調整的指,並針對該選手之身體狀態與需要,設計三天密集的心身心調整課程,協助該選手重新探索內在經驗、身體感受,及增進身體的控制能力,進而提昇動作表現的技術性與藝術性。其過程均逐一描述記錄下來,以便提供教練及動作教育考參考。 在三天密集身心教育課程的實施中,研究者選擇了意動法(Ideokinesis)之九條線概念、身心平衡技巧(Body-Mind Centering)之肚臍放射線(naval radiation)的學習和應用、三種不同型態的呼吸練習,以及的放鬆技法,來幫助該選手體會身體之適當的排列結構和力量方向、中心與四肢的關係、改善呼吸的模式以及放鬆身體,進而試圖幫助選手提昇技術的表現。三天的密課程後,還進行每個月一次的追蹤指導、觀察、訪談,並從觀日誌、深度訪談記錄中,麗解身心技巧的學習對協助選手的實施效果。 在和教練、選手父親及選手本身之正式與非正式訪談所得到的結果,麗解到身心調整技巧確實能夠協助該選手開發身體的覺察能力,不僅增進該選手身體的放鬆、動作技巧的改善及穩定性的增加,亦幫助該選手之動作藝術性的表現有了一大突破。 |
英文摘要 | The main focus of the study was to find the ways for a free-style roller skater to integrate the body-mind relationship and to help her improve body control for free-style skating. In this study, one subject, an elite girl free-style roller skater, was chosen by purposive sampling. After observing her movement performance, taking a deep conversation with her, discussing with her coach and father, the researcher gradually got involved into her training and tried to improve her skating skill and keep her in good body condition. A three-day somatic education program was designed for her, and it was executed to re-educate her body usage, to learn relaxation, to reduce body fatigue, and to improve her skating technique. This somatic practice provided her with an opportunity to experience from within, to be aware of her body’s condition, to find the ways for relating the body fatigue and pain, and to understand the profound value of body knowing and self educating. In this somatic education program, breathing exercises, So-tai technique, body mapping exercises, Bratenieff’s Fundamental, Ideokinesis and some exercises form Body-Mind Centering for movement expiration were offered. By applying qualitative research method, several data, such as researcher’s dairy, observation’s notes and interview, were collected during the whole period of t his study. The result of this study offered coaches and althletes with an educational viewpoint for training regimes and recovering from the body fatigue and pain, and also provided any body educator with an alternative viewpoint of improving movement skills. |
