中文摘要 | 九年一貫新課程自九十年九月實施,為提供「健康與體育」學習領域課程實施與修訂,以及體育師資培育之參考,本文首從策略性規劃觀點論述「健康與體育」學習領域應有的願景、任務陳述和目的。復就和「健康與體育」學習領域推廣策略有關連的體育師資培育機構再造之道,提出下列建言:1.體育教授在心理上須有備於進行實質的變革;2.釐清體育系所未來發展的方向和任務;3.修訂課程目標和研訂專業能力標準;4.依據所欲培育的能力,安排理論與實務應用的課程科日,並改變教學內容與方式;5.建立企業機構、師資培育機構和中小學長期合作關係;6.提升體育師資培育相關機構教授的專業品質;7.增設體育教學與課程方面的研究所,提供國中小在職教師教育機會;8.建立大學體育教授與中小學體育教師間之伙伴關係;9.教授彼此互為激勵創新知識,從事新知學習與進修,裨益專業課程和計畫內容的改進;10.體育師資培育計畫任務的轉型;和11.積極面對新世紀體育專業教育研究問題的挑戰。 |
英文摘要 | The new curriculum in compulsory schools will be implemented on September 1, 2001. For the purpose of providing ideas for those who are involved in the process of curriculum implementation, the author delineates the vision, mission statement, and goals or purposes of Health and Physical Education Learning Areas from the viewpoint of strategic planning. Furthermore, the following renovation ideas for the PETE program were suggested: 1. to prepare for substantial change; 2. to clarify the future directions and missions of P.E-related Departments; 3. to modify curriculum goals and propose professional competency criteria; 4. to arrange theoretical and practical application courses based on the stated competency standards, as well as to change courses content and pedagogical skills; 5. to establish collaboration relationships among the PETE, the Corporate Businesses, and the Compulsory Schools; 6. to enhance the professional service quality of the college faculty; 7. to establish new institutes for curriculum and instruction in physical education and sports; 8. to set up peer relationships between professors and P.E. teachers in elementary and junior high schools; 9. to encourage the faculty to pursue new professional knowledge individually or collectively for the benefits of program improvement; 10. to transit the mission of PETE; and 11. to positively face the new challenges and issues of professional preparation in P.E. |
