中文摘要 | 本研究擬應用科學方法來針對埔心魚市場之拍賣場地加以規劃,透過問卷之調查與 分析,以尋求其拍賣場之最佳佈置規劃結果,進而藉由動態模擬模式的建構與執行,比較其 最佳佈置規劃結果與使用現況之間的差異。依據研究結果發現,此一拍賣場地最佳佈置規劃 結果之效益在於能夠將節省之總作業時間轉換為處理更多之交易量,以增強其整體之產能; 此外,此一規劃結果亦有助於提昇魚市場整體作業流程的順暢度與增進作業人員之利用率, 以達到提昇魚市場整體作業效率之目標。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to redesign the layout for Pu-Shin wholesale fish market First, we develop a current operational simulation model By comparing the simulation result with the current situation, the difference is acceptable. Then, the closeness ratings method is used to design the optimal layout Next, a simulation model based on the optimal layout is developed. After examining its simulation result, it is found that the total auction time can be reduced This the same period of time by redesigning the layout. This optimal layout can smooth the operational flow and increase the utilization of auction staff to improve the efficiency of the wholesale fish market. |
