中文摘要 | 研究者根據「體育教師專業能力」之研究,編製「職前中等學校體育教師專業能力指標量表」,施測對象為國立臺灣體育運動大學之師資培育學生340人,有效問卷為303份,回收率86%。以探討此量表是否具有良好之建構效度與建構信度。資料經AMOS7.0版統計軟體來執行結構方程模式中的二階驗證式因素分析。結果顯示職前中等學校體育教師專業能力指標量表二階驗證式因素分析模式是一個有效的建構,其行政管理、專業成長、社區溝通、教學能力、運動技能、運動情意、運動認知、運動評量等8個潛在依變項及40項觀察變項皆可以有效地作為職前中等學校體育教師專業能力指標的測量指標。其信度表現在整體的建構信度及8個個別潛在依變項的信度,都顯示出具有不錯的信度。故此量表是具有建構效度與建構信度且適用於職前中等學校體育教師專業能力指標的測量。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the researchers created a questionnaire for middle school pre-service teacher's physical education professional competency indicators according to studies of teacher's physical education professional competency. In order to investigate whether this questionnaire possesses both construct validity and construct reliability, there are 303 effective questionnaires measured by National Taiwan University Physical Education of students (340 persons, 86% overall response rate). (The second order confirmatory factor analysis of structural equations modes was performed by means of the statistic software AOMS version 7.0.) The results demonstrated that the second order confirmatory factor analysis of structural equations modes has been effectively constructed, because 8 latent dependent variables such as administration management and professional development, community communication, teaching ability, exercises skill, exercises attitude, exercises cognitive, exercises assessment and other 40 observed variables were able to be measured indicia of employability indicators questionnaires. Consequently, condign both construct reliability went well with the whole construct validity and 8 single latent dependent variables. Therefore, the questionnaire possesses construct validity and construct reliability and can be applied to the measurement of middle school pre-service teacher's physical education professional competency indicators. |
