中文摘要 | 本研究係利用雕模放電加工機對SKD 61合金工具鋼進行放電加工之波形分析,以實驗探討加工方法 (M)、放電電流 (Ip)、高壓引弧電流 (Ih)、脈衝時間 (τp)、無負荷電壓 (V) 及伺服參考電壓 (Sv) 等六個主要的加工參數,對正常放電波百分比、有效電弧放電波百分比、無效電弧放電波百分比及短路放電波百分比等加工特性的影響。並以田口實驗計劃法 (Taguchimethodology) 之直交表規劃實驗,藉由統計方法中之變異數分析及貢獻度,探討SKD 61合金工具鋼放電加工中六個主要的加工參數,對放電加工特性的影響與關係,以評估放電加工參數對加工特性之實驗觀察值影響的程度,以及求出各加工特性之最佳加工參數組合水準值,以提供工業界及相關研究者參考。 |
英文摘要 | This research is the use carves the mold electric discharge manufacturing machine to carry on profile of analysis the electric discharge machining to the SKD 61 alloy tool steels, in the experiment in order to liberate the electrical finishing main parameter, the processing method (M), peak current (Ip),auxiliary current (Ih), pulse duration (τp), no load voltage (V) and the servo reference voltage (Sv) and so on six main processing parameters, Carries on when the electric discharge machining to the SKD 61 alloy tool steels normal discharge, effect arc, arc when short circuit and so on the processing characteristic influences. Auxiliary will be perpendicular to the table plan experiment by the taguchi methodology, the affiliation by the statistical method in variance (ANOVA) the analysis and F test of signal to noise (S/N) ratio, will discuss in the SKD 61 alloy tool steels electric charge machining the six main processing parameters to the SKD 61 alloy tool steels electric discharge machining characteristic influence and the relations. And the appraisal electric discharge machining parameter to processes experiment the characteristic to observe the value to have the influence remarkable degree, as well as extracts each processing characteristic the best processing parameter combination standard value, provides the industrial world and the correlation research worker refers. |
