中文摘要 | 在各種試驗設計之變方分析必須滿足其前提才能維持一定的效率, 其前提最重要 的是各處理之試驗誤差為常態分布且同質。若試驗資料不符合此前提,而貿然採用一般的變 方分析法,將造成檢定力( test of power )大為下降,且影響試驗結果之可靠性。 這時 通常試驗者會考慮採用無上述限制條件之無母數分析法。在一般複因子試驗中無母數分析法 較常見,但裂區計之複因子試驗無母數分析法則較少見,本究即在以簡單的等級轉換法推導 得裂區設計無母數分析法,並應用於甘蔗品種露菌病抗病性之研究上,以達到實用之目的。 |
英文摘要 | In order to keep a high efficiency for every experimental design, the experimental data must folow the assumptions in analysis of variance. The assumptions namely are the components of experimental errors being normal and the error variances between treatments being equal. It will be decrease the test of power and reliability if the data can not follow these assumptions. In this situation, the experimenter often consider to use the nonparametric analysis with less restrictions in data analysis. This paper develops a nonparametric analysis in split plot design by the rank transformation which seldom appears in the statistical journals, we also apply a research data in disease resistance in sugarcane for this analysis and contain a reasonable results. |
