中文摘要 | 本研究以雷射雕刻加工技術製作乳化晶片,並使用蠕動幫浦及針筒幫浦做為油與水之輸送動力,透過蠕動幫浦運轉時所產生的脈動流,可達到與利用氣壓脈衝調整流道大小方式相似之效果,使油品在流道中形成尺度相近的顆粒。 此晶片主要是透過調整蠕動幫浦之轉速來控制油品液滴之大小,當蠕動幫浦運轉時會產生不均或過大之脈動振幅,使晶片內油品無法產生液滴,因此在實驗中製作了緩衝室,可有效吸收蠕動幫浦產生過大之脈動,所以產生之較小振幅之脈動可使晶片產生較均勻之乳化液滴。 當蠕動幫浦轉速愈快時液滴之尺度隨之變小,因此在實驗時,只須調整蠕動幫浦之轉速便能有效調整液滴之大小,如此不僅可提升晶片的穩定性,也讓其有良好之操作性。本研究不但簡化繁雜的操作方式,也省去了裝設在晶片上之氣壓氣閥系統。 |
英文摘要 | This study is mainly to use laser engraving technology to produce emulsion processing chip, and use the market used the peristaltic pump and syringe pump as the transport of oil and water power. running through a peristaltic pump generated pulsatile flow can be achieved with adjust the flow using pressure pulse similar to the way the size of the effect of making oil flow in the formation of scale in similar particles. The chip is mainly by adjusting the speed of peristaltic pump to control the size of oil droplets. To setup a buffer room in the experiment which can effectively absorb pulse when running the peristaltic pumps. The smaller amplitude of the pulse generated from the chip can effectively adjust the size of droplets and produce more uniform of the emulsion droplets. We can enhance the stability of the chip, but also to has a good operability. |
