英文摘要 | The relationship between diversification strategy and performance outcome is complex. Much of the variance in overall performance levels could be traced to business-level. Empirical results form 77 firms revealed that when sharing of physical resource is high accompanied with strategic control imposed by a parent company, the performance is facilitated. In contrast, if sharing of physical resource is high accompanied with the imposition of financial control, the subsidiary’s performance tends to suffer. On the other hand, when sharing of financial resource is high with strategic control imposed, the subsidiary’s performance suffers, too. |
