中文摘要 | 目的:長程聽覺誘發波的產生牽涉對聲音的刺激反應及認知活動。本研究的目的在於探討未接受過藥物治療的注意力缺陷過動症(ADHD) 兒童長程聽覺誘發波變化。 方法:本研究以未接受過治療之個案50 人,另取年齡相當的正常兒童41 人為對照組;兩組個案同時接受長程聽覺誘發波N200、P300 的檢測。 結果:ADHD 組與正常對照組比較為N200(Pz) 潛時延長、P300 (Pz) 振幅降低。 結論:ADHD 患童N200 潛時延長代表作決定前對外界刺激的分類、區辨過程與注意力的異常;P300 振幅降低代表動機、注意力及決定外界刺激意義的過程出現異常。 |
英文摘要 | Objective: The generation of long latency auditory evoked potentials (AEPs) involves physiological response to external acoustic stimulus as well as cognitive activities. In this study, long latency AEPs were used to examine the electrophysiological changes in drug-naive children with ADHD. Methods: A total of 50 drug-naive children with ADHD and 41 normal age-matched individuals were enrolled in the study. The N200 and P300 components of long latency AEPs were investigated in both groups. Results: Patients with ADHD had a prolonged N200 latency (Pz)and decreased P300 amplitude (Pz). Conclusion: The finding of prolonged N200 latency in children with AHDH suggests the presence of abnormalities in the pre-decisional process of external stimulus classification, discrimination and attention to stimulus. In contrast, the decreased P300 amplitude found in children with AHDH children suggests abnormalities in motivation, attention and the post-decisional process of assigning meaning to external stimuli. |
