中文摘要 | 近年來國內製造業工安事故頻傳,造成人員的傷亡與企業的損失慘重,故引起本研究探討工作安全之動機。過去國內的文獻較少探討管理在於建立一個安全的工作環境中所扮演的角色。較多的學者多把研究焦點放在安全的方案與相關的指標,較少的實證研究能證明管理能有效的培養一個良好的文化與氣候以建立合適的安全行為,而關於管理如何影響工作場所安全的氛圍則更少,本研究建構的模型連結了管理支持、組織氣候以及勞工對於工作安全的認知三個變數,透過結構方程模式的驗證,管理的角色對於安全結果的影響及其因果關係將進一步得到證實。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, Manufacturing industry accidents have become issues in Taiwan. It motivated this study to investigate the factors behind the accidents, and to suggested the possible solutions to cope with the problems. The role of management in establishing a safe work environment remains a topic that receives less attention in the literature than it deserves. Many authors have focused on safety programs and associated indications of program effects. Prescriptive articles advocating various management behaviors abound. However, there is little empirical evidence that validates the important role management plays in establishing a climate that sustains safe job behaviors. There is even less information about how management influences the safety atmosphere of the workplace. This research presents a model that links management support, organizational culture, and self-reported safety outcomes. Linear Structural Relationship results indicate that managerial influence on safe behaviors varies as a function of management role and safety outcomes. |
