中文摘要 | 由於電腦病毒、蠕蟲和特洛伊木馬程式大多透過電子郵件傳送文件,如果一個包含一種病毒或是兩種病毒混合的病毒(複合病毒)的檔案、文件或程式附在電子郵件上,而卻在毫無警覺情形下,它就已經被悄悄的啟動。當受攻擊時,不管用什麼電子郵件程式或者作業系統,必定造成的對於個人、企業甚至國家電腦緊急應變中心 (CERT) 維持產生某種程度之傷害與影響,。在此文提供本人的經驗分享與研究以供參考,透過一些基本的規則及方式避免電腦病毒影響,並利用以防火牆、入侵偵測系統、網路監控軟體及防毒軟體之建置,經常性對電腦自身產生之漏洞進行程試修補動作,使用軟硬兼施並同處理方式對病毒予以完全處置即時效能監控及統計功能,以及可對連結效能進行評估。以最新最快最具效率全面提升資訊整體戰力與資訊緊急應變能力對於抗毒,防毒及預防網路入侵的複合病毒等多一層防護,預防工作在網路駭客前方,協助網管人員降低電子郵件感染病毒之機會,達成預防重於治療之先期防駭與資訊危機管理觀念。 |
英文摘要 | The network security in cyberspace has become a very critical issue these days. Most virus, Trojan-Horse and worms (so called malicious codes) become serious computer management problems in E-mail systems and other E-commerce applications nowadays. Through computer emergency team (CERT), computer management becomes more applicable for computer system engineers and end-users. These activities now rely on an interdependent network of information technology infrastructures called cyberspace. Incidents can be broadly classified into several kinds: the probe, scan, account compromise, root compromise, packet sniffer, denial of service, exploitation of trust, malicious code. Securing cyberspace is an extraordinarily difficult strategic challenge that requires a coordinated and focused effort from our entire society. Therefore, in order to succeed in information warfare and avoid malicious codes attacks, computer users and system managers should committee themselves to computer safety doctrines. |
