中文摘要 | 由於電腦多媒體與通訊技術的蓬勃發展,個人電腦不但日趨普遍,而且一般人使用的時間也日益增長,使得各門科目的教學已不再限制於人員的教學,而是能夠利用電腦多媒體,使得想學習的人員能不受時間與地點的限制;進而達到廣泛教學的目的。 現代人的生活水準提高,生活型態也不斷改變,使得人們對於運動項目的品味極重視程度也較以往提高許多,運動項目的選擇也漸趨於多樣化。透過視訊呈現出更活潑、生動、專業、精緻、生動且人性化的使用者介面,讓初學者在短時間內,能利用生動活潑的多媒體教學系統,藉著文字及圖片的展示與說明,了解體適能墊上核心課程目的、理論基礎、歷史淵源、各項基本動作介紹等,達到健身與提昇運動能力的目的。同時能在最佳的環境下享受視覺與聽覺的效果,學得一些技能,更能擴大教學的對象和層面。 |
英文摘要 | The rapid development of multimedia and communication technology has popularized the personal computer and lengthen the time of using computer. Nowadays the education of various kind of subjects is not limited to people and old teaching methods anymore. However, it is expanded to multimedia education so that the students' learning won't be limited to time and places. The life qualities of the present generation have dramatically increased. We note not only the change of the modern lifestyle, but also a shift of tastes in sports categories and values to a higher extent. The options of sports categories have advanced to a greater diversification. A more vivid, active, proficient and user-friendlier platform through visual animations is believed to make a beginner can well employ this new multimedia physical education program and fully understand the purpose, theory foundation, historical origin, and introduction of every basic motion in this cushion concentric exercise course through vivid words and colorful picture illustration. In fact, also accomplish a goal in better body fitness and exercising ability. Any learner taking this cushion concentric exercise course not only can enjoy both visual and audio effects under an optimal setting, but also comprehend the techniques in proper exercise and expand the future possible physical education targets and groups. |
