中文摘要 | 相較於其他手術而言,傳統開胸手術術後的疼痛程度較高,其原因主要為撐開肋骨 及肋間神經之傷害。影像辅助胸腔鏡手術(VATS)可以避免肋骨之撐開及減少肋間神經之 傷害,可以降低術後疼痛。對於較小的肺部腫瘤,傳統影像辅助胸腔鏡手術可以達到此 目標,但對於較大的肺部腫瘤移出身體時則無可避免傷及肋骨及肋間神經。經劍突下胸 腔鏡辅助手術則可避免這些傷害而降低術後疼痛,在此我們報告一例病例。 |
英文摘要 | Postoperative pain of thoracotomy is severe than other surgical approaches, the major reasons are rib spreading and injury of intercostal nerve. Video-assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS) is a way to reduce postoperative pain, due to avoid rib spreading and less intercostal nerve injury. For small lung tumors, conventional VATS is usefiil to avoid rib spreading, but it is not work for large lung tumors. We report a case of huge lung tumor used subxyphoid uniportal VATS approach with minimally postoperative pain. |
