中文摘要 | 為提高板式熱交換器的效率,基本上必須由板片的波紋結構上加以研究改進,本文是以三種不同波紋截面角做一實驗分析,以了解其對板式熱交換器之熱交換性能的影響。經研究與分析的結果顯示,板片波紋的幾何結構對板式熱交換器的壓降及熱傳性能有顯著的影響:同時得知流場的分佈情形是影響熱傳量之主要因子,並不一定會隨著熱傳面積增大而增加,以波紋截面角45°型式為例熱傳面積雖非最大,但所組成的板式熱交換器其熱傳量最大且壓降較小,為此三種型式之較佳設計。 |
英文摘要 | In order to optimize the efficiency of a plate heat exchanger, it is necessary to investigate the effects on heat transfer of various dimensions and shapes of the flow channel inside a heat exchanger. To determine the effect of the corrugation section angle on the efficiency of a plate heat exchanger, in this study three testing models with different corrugation structures were used. The experimental results showed that the plate structure has an obvious effect on heat transfer rate and pressure loss. The velocity distribution is the major factor for the heat transfer rate. Increasing the heat transfer surface area is not only reason. The configuration in which the corrugation section angle is 45° has the maximum heat transfer rate and lower pressure loss, is the best, but the heat transfer surface area is not increased. |
