中文摘要 | 本研究以訪問木質地板業者、進出口商及中間商推估木質地板消費量,並利用全省家計為抽樣對象以郵寄方式進行問卷調查,以描述性統計方式與卡方檢定進行木質地板消費習性與個人特質關係之分析,以提供木質地板業者制訂行銷策略時的參考。本研究抽樣1200家戶,回收258份,有效問卷為245份,結果顯示受訪者在選用木質地板時,以顏色(色澤)、耐久性、舒適為重要考慮因素。在住家地板的使用上,臥房使用木質地板的比例占31.84%,客廳為8.98%。在受訪者個人特質與選擇使用地板材質的關係上,以教育、職業、同住子女數、房屋形式、房屋所有權及屋齡等項目,具顯著水準。同住子女數為2、擁有房屋所有權者及農齡為4-6年者,選用木質地板的比例較其他為高。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the consumption behavior of the wooden floor and the personal characteristics. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 1200 households in Taiwan area. The response rate was 21.5% and the effective response rate was 20.4%. Descriptive statistical method and Chi-square test were used. The result showed that the type of floor material including color, durability and comfort are the most important factors when consumer considered buying wooden floor. In the living house, 31.84% of bedrooms and 8.98% of living rooms were decorated by using wooden floor. The personal characteristics and living environment including education, occupation, number of children living together, type of the house, ownership of the house and age of the house will affect the purchase choice of the type of floor material by the Chi-squire test with 5% significance level. The consumers with two children in the same house or with ownership of house or with 4-6 years of house age preferred the wooden floor rather than the others did. |
