中文摘要 | 以‘小丹茄’、‘KSA22’、‘赤茄’及‘VF(F1)’等4 種茄子為砧木,依栽培季節分別於秋作及春作嫁接於大果番茄品種‘農友301’、‘紅冠’、‘台中亞蔬4 號’ 及小果品種‘聖女’,夏作嫁接於大果品種‘紅冠’、‘台中亞蔬4 號’及小果品種‘台南亞蔬6 號’,連同接穗同體嫁接及未嫁接植株,在定植後20 天,始花期及始收期時進行碳素代謝之光合特性調查。結果顯示不論在秋作、春作及夏作,以‘VF(F1)’為砧木之嫁接苗於定植20 天後,便顯著增進嫁接植株CO2 交換速率,超越番茄同體嫁接與未嫁接植株。‘小丹茄’及‘赤茄’砧木則於個別期作與番茄品種之嫁接組合間顯現增進效果,‘KSA22’ 砧木增進效果不顯著。此外,嫁接植株和未嫁接植株在蒸散作用速率、氣孔導度及水分利用效率項目上無一致之趨勢,且與CO2 交換速率無同步之關聯性,無法做為茄子砧木嫁接番茄生理親和性之指標。 |
英文摘要 | Eggplant cvs. ‘Hsiao-Tan’, ‘KSA22’, ‘Akanasu’ and ‘VF(F1)’ were used as rootstocks on tomato cvs. ‘Known-You 301’, ‘Red Crown’, ‘Taichung-AVRDC 4’ and ‘Santa’ in both autumn, 1987 and spring, 1988, and same eggplant rootstocks were used on tomato cvs. ‘Red Crown’, ‘Taichung-AVRDC 4’ and ‘Tainan-AVRDC 6’ in summer crop of 1987. The photosynthesis characteristics of all grafts and nongrafts were surveyed at 20 days after transplanting, initial flowering stage and initial harvest stage. Results from three seasons showed that higher CO2 exchange rate was obtained on those tomato grafts using rootstock ‘VF(F1)’ than both tomato homografts and nongrafts on all three growth stages studied. Similar results could be found on those tomato grafts using rootstocks ‘Hsiao-Tan’ and ‘Akanasu’ by their optimum tomato cvs. and grown in appropriate crop season, but not found on those tomato grafts using rootstock ‘KSA22’. However, the transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and water use efficiency of all grafts and nongrafts did not reveal any consistent results, nor parallel trend as that of CO2 exchange rate. These photosynthetic traits do not serve as the compatibility index of tomato grafted onto eggplant rootstock. |
