中文摘要 | 俗稱阿達麥特(Adamite)[2]之低合金鋼軋輥,一般採底澆式鑄造,通常在接近冒口處的輥胴部易發生縮孔。雖經加大冒口,並在軋輥內放置冷鐵棒或在冒口處套以發熱保溫套等改善措施,但效果一直不如理想。 解決上述軋輥鑄造缺陷,可改善冒口補充效果,以防範縮孔之發生,採用熱頂 (hot- top)底澆式鑄造後,與原來傳統方式鑄造軋輥加以比較各項有關數據,可得到比較滿意的的結果。 |
英文摘要 | The Admite rolls is usually casted by bottom casting gating system. This kind of method easily forms the shrinkage located at the barrel and the neck of rolls. Although a bigger riser head is used and a steel bar is added at the core of the roll, these kinds of defects still cannot be improved. To reduce the shrinkage in the roll, we use (hot-top) method to improve the situation. Comparing to the traditional method, The hot-top method is a better way to reduce the defects from the rolls. |
