中文摘要 | 塗料仍是目前最簡易、且常用的內牆修飾材料,但也容易發生塗料劣化損及美觀之情形。本研究透過既成建築物的塗料劣化調查,整理出各種劣化現象與劣化程度,以作為劣化分析的基礎,進而瞭解既成建築物的劣化狀況,以供對策研擬之參考。本研究透過劣化因子的歸納,發現用於塗料的劣化檢核,劣化因子具有其重要性。可判斷出劣化程度,進而做進一步的維護與管理。內牆劣化原因可分為自然環境因素,與人為環境因素等二部分,本研究以中華大學學生餐廳為例,經由本研究之案例調查與分析,彙整出劣化位置與原因後,本研究發現導致內牆劣化以:(1)設計因素、(2)施工因素、(3)使用維護因素、(4)使用環境因素,四大因素所產生的劣化較為顯著。 |
英文摘要 | The paint is the most simple and common coating materials for interior walls; however, coating paints usually have the problems of material deterioration and unattractive-looking while deteriorated. This study focused on the survey of coating deterioration in existed buildings. This study summarized the deterioration phenomena and deterioration degrees, which are the basis for further analysis. Through the status survey of coating deterioration in existed buildings, the purpose of this study is to propose some improvement strategies for reference. This study analyzed collected deterioration phenomena and deterioration degrees and found that the deterioration factors are essential for deterioration status check. Deterioration factors can be used for identifying deterioration degree, and then be used as a reference for further appropriate maintenances or improvements. The main reasons for coating deterioration in interior walls can be divided into two parts: the natural environmental factors, and human and environmental factors. This study used the student restaurant in Chung Hua University as an example to identify deterioration locations and reasons. This study concluded that the significant factors caused in coating deterioration of interior walls in existed buildings are: (1) design factors, (2) construction factors, (3) maintenance factors and (4) environmental factors. |
