中文摘要 | 公車業者對於車輛排班與調度所遭遇的最大問題,是如何在面對車輛故障、人員 請假、乘客需求變化、道路發生雍塞等影響排班的異常狀況時,仍能對車輛與人員作合理的 調度。本研究在滿足乘客合理服務水準的前提下,以乘客等車時間成本、車內時間成本及業 者營運成本三者之和(即系統總成本)最小作為目標式,採用較能反映公車實際運行過程之 系統模擬法建立排班模式,由該模式可得正常排班的知識,再利用訪談專家與駐站實習,以 得處理異常狀況的知識,並結合這兩者而發展出排班專家系統。其中對路線間車輛與人員之 相互支援,係從整體調度的觀點,使不致造成服務品質的低落,並能確保營運績效。 |
英文摘要 | This study developed a bus scheduling expert system to reschedule diffe rent bus routes under those abnormal circumstances such as the absence of bus drivers, breakdown of vehicles, increase of boarding demand, as well as traffic congestion. The most important contents in this system include a bus scheduling simulation model and a knowledge base. The simulation model was used to generate normal schedule with the objective of minimizing total social cost. The knowledge base was constructed by those knowledge obtained from visting experts and field studies. To deal with abnormal circumstances of bus operations, the best alternative of mutual support can be chosen from the base for rescheduling. |
