中文摘要 | 產業進入知識經濟時代,唯有創新才能面對競爭。許多的研究指出員工的創造力可經由訓練加強,因此了解影響積極創新的因素,有助於鼓勵員工創新。本研究主要目的在於透過「思考風格」與「情緒商數」的自我評估,探討影響「情緒商數」與「思考風格」的主要因素,提供企業規畫創新教育之參考。受試群體包括:145位台塑企業生產與工程相關主管與53位明志技術學院進修學院在職班的學生。研究的結果顯示,影響「情緒商數」與「思考風格」各可以歸納成三個主要因素,並加以討論;至於「情緒商數」與「思考風格」之間的相關影響與交互關係,則值得進一步深入且有系統的探討。 |
英文摘要 | The heightened competition within today's business climate has forced organizations to produce and be receptive to innovation, which is as a strategic imperatives for the internet era. The belief that creativity can be enhanced through training has many adherents. But, how can employees be encourage to be more creative? Or is formal training in creative-thinking skills effective? Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to identify primary factors of creative- thinking for enhancing employees' creativity. A set of Emotional Quotient and Thinking Style inventory are used as the stimulus materials for self-assessment. Participants in this study were two groups: 1) 145 management staff from Formosa Plastics Group with manufacturing and engineering background, and 2) 53 students from Mingchi Institute of Technology, Continue-Education Division. Three principal factors affecting Emotional Quotient and Thinking Style are identified and discussed. In addition, the results a showed the relationship between Emotional Quotient and Thinking Style in this study is clearly worthy of further research. |
