英文摘要 | A professional evaluation on food hygiene at 23 nurseries and 50 day care centers was carried out in Taipei. The evaluated items included selection of food, storage, kitchen facilities, washing and storage of utensils, usage of water and personal hygiene. The results indicated that food hygiene at those locations was good. We proposed the following recommendations: purchasing food product with GMP and CAS trademack, tidying up food products arrangement, lighting in kitchens, covering facilities after being used, and conducting physical check-up prior to hiring kitchen workers. |
