中文摘要 | 本文初步探討青心烏龍茶樹之枝枯病於病發後,其罹病葉片水份、葉綠素、類胡蘿蔔素、花青素、類黃酮及單寧含量,及葉片反射光譜之變化,進而評估利用衛星遙測監測茶枝枯病之可行性。試驗結果顯示茶枝枯病於病發過程當水份、葉綠素及類胡蘿蔔素之含量逐漸減少時,花青素、類黃酮皮單寧之含量則呈增加趨勢。同期間,罹病茶葉葉片反射光譜與微分光譜於500-550nm、550-600nm及680-750nm等三個波段產生明顯之變化。在綠光波段,當519nm 及526nm之相對強度先增後降,567nm則相反,在紅光及近紅外光波段,除了699nm、708nm及717nm之相對強度先增後降外,另外726及736nm則都保持減少趨勢。此顯示,罹病茶葉色素種類及含量及水份含量之變化會反映在葉片之反射光譜特徵。此顯示,罹病茶葉色素種類及含量及水分含量之變化會反映在葉片之反射光譜特徵。模擬衛星遙測之寬波域與單波段植生指數與都病發過程有極高之線性相關性(□>0.9)。以上資料顯示,以衛星遙測技術監測茶枝枯病枝是可行的;而欲建立茶枝枯病之預警及災損評估系統,尚需進一步有系統的研究。 |
英文摘要 | This study examined the change of the contents of water, chlorophyll, carotenoid, anthocyanin, flavonoid and tannin, and the leaf reflectance spectra during the occurrence of Chin-Shin Oolong tea twig die-back disease, in order to evaluate the possibility of monitoring of this disease by satellite remote sensing. The results showed that the contents of water, chlorophyll and caroteniod decreased and the contents of anthocyanin, flavonoid and tannin increased during the occurrence of this disease. Meanwhile, the reflectance signatures at 500-550 nm, 550-60 0nm and 680-75 nm of infected leaves altered significantly. In the green band, the relative reflectance strength of 519 nm and 526 nm increased then decreased, and the 567 nm reversed. In the red and infrared bands, the relative reflectance strength of 699 nm, 708 nm and 717 nm increased then decreased, and these of 726 nm and 736 nm kept declining. The data showed that the reflectance spectral signatures can reflect the quality and quantity of pigments and water content of die-back disease infected leaves. There was significant correlation between the occurrence of die-back disease and the vegetation indices calculated by single and or broad band mimicking the satellite remote sensing monitoring (□>0.9). All the data suggested that it is possible to monitor the Chin-Shin oolong tea twig die back-disease by satellite remote sensing, however, more systematic research is required to build a precaution and evaluation system to monitor the tea twig die-back disease. |
