中文摘要 | 在本試驗中,我分析黃鰭鯛、烏魚及七星鱸等三種海水魚體內各器官之乙醇去氫酵 素的活性。結果顯示,在三種魚體內,乙醇去氫酵素的活性以在肝中最高,其中又以烏魚的 肝之素活性居首。腎臟和鰓內的酵素活性大致上是所有器官中最低的。另外,在肌肉也具有 相當高的乙醇去氫酵素活性,其約為肝中酵素活性之51-55%。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, we investigated the organ distribution of ADH activiy in three marine fishes, yellowfin porgy (Acanthopagrus latus), grey mullet (Mugil cephalus) and Japanese sea perch (Lateolabrax japonicus). The ADH activities of various organs in the different species displayed a little difference. The liver was the organ that had the highest enzyme activity in all the fishes. In particular, the liver of M. cephalus showed the highest activity. The kidney and the gill had the lowest ADH activity in all the three fishes. In the muscle, ADH had medium enzyme activity which was about 51-55% of that in the liver. |
