中文摘要 | 目的:本研究目的在瞭解臺灣地區網球訓練班經營之現況及其影響因素。方法:首先訪談目前經營績效卓著且擔任十年以上指導經驗的六位網球訓練班經營者。之後依據訪談編碼結果編製「臺灣地區網球訓練班經營現況及影響因素問卷」,以臺灣地區各縣市網球訓練班之教練為對象進行調查,採便利取樣方式,共發出230 份問卷,有效回收207 份問卷,回收率90%。結果:發現目前訓練班經營成功的主要因素依序為教練熱忱及用心,教練專業,服務親切,良好的課程規劃,訓練效果顯著等。訓練班經營缺失的因素依序為訓練場地不夠完善,教學及訓練器材不足,沒有行銷,欠缺教練人才培育管道等。目前訓練班希望能獲得政府協助的事項依序為補助運動訓練經費,取得訓練班場地,推廣及提倡網球運動,積極培育網球教練人才等。結論:訓練班的經營應著重網球專業教練的培訓、強化教練敬業及樂業態度、經驗傳承且積極推展網球運動、建立優質的網球訓練班網站、採團隊經營模式、取得更多的訓練場地及優質的訓練器材、建立行銷及服務的觀念、引進國外教學與訓練教材及器材等。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the current and related factor of management for the tennis class in Taiwan. Methods: Firstly, based on judgment sampling, six managers of the tennis class those had over 10 years of coaching seniority and management achievements outstanding will be interviewed by using semi-structured interview. Then, base on the results of interview to establish the questionnaire, and investigate the current and related factor of management for managers of the tennis class in Taiwan by convenient sampling. Results: The successful factors of management for the tennis class included in sequence the enthusiasms and intentions, professional abilities of their coaches; the service was kind; good curriculum plan; training effect remarkable. The failure factors of management for the tennis class included in sequence the tennis courts were not good, the teaching and the training device were insufficient, had not marketing, lack of the ways to train for the coach. Presently, the training class in Taiwan hoped that can obtain the government assistance's item is in order, gave the training funds, the courts of training class, promoted and the advocate for tennis, cultivates the tennis coaches positively. Conclusion: the management of training class should attention to cultivate the specialized coaches, strengthen the occupation attitudes and enjoys their jobs for coaches, inherit the excellent management experience and promote the tennis positively, establish high quality tennis training class website, pick the team management model, obtain the idea tennis courts and equipment, establish the marketing and serve opinions, introduce the effective foreign teaching and the training materials and the equipments. |
