中文摘要 | 金屬粉末射出成形(MIM)製品品質,一般認為和素料的成份及混練的均勻度有密切之關係。本研究主要探討素料在較高剪切率範圍(10~104 1/s)時,利用自製之毛細管流變儀,進行素料承受負載變化之流變特性量測。研究中考量的影響參數,包含微細粉末和黏結劑的配方成份、混練時間、毛細管L/D比和摻料批次等,同時採用田口法和ANOVA技巧,建立素料混練製程最佳化條件。實驗結果顯示,MIM素料呈現擬塑性流體性質,且當P/B比例愈高時,雖然可提高MIM製品的緻密度,但相對地流動性較困難,對充模較不利。此外,混練時間增長,則混練均勻度較佳,故毛細管擠壓過程之負載-位移曲線變化較為平滑,亦即流動穩定性較高。至於高L/D 比的量測,則可忽略Bagley效應。最後,整個素料混練製程預測最佳化條件為A3B3C2D2。 |
英文摘要 | Generally, the quality of metal injection molding (MIM) is obviously related to the formulation and the homogeneity of feedstock blending process. In the present wok, a rheological behaviour was investigated on the self-designed capillary rheometer under various loads. Many parameters, such as feedstock formulation, blending time, capillary L/D ratio and powder added sequence, are considered. Besides the Taguchi's method and ANOVA analysis are used to predict optimal blending conditions simultaneously. Experimental results show that the curve of viscosity-shear rate ranging 10~104 1/s for the feedstock was obtained and they are pseudo-plastic. Then the higher P/B ratio is, the flowability of mold filling is difficult owing to higher viscosity. When blending time is increased, the distribution between powder and binder is more uniformly. It indicates that the load curve of extrusion is more smoothly and the flow is also stability. The Bagley effect can be neglect by adapting larger L/D ratio component. Finally, the predicted optimal blending process is A3B3C2D2. |
