中文摘要 | 本研究利用能量照射法進行織物接枝改質技術,使機能性紡織品在不影響手感兼具有良好的吸放濕性、快速調濕性、水洗耐牢性及輕薄柔軟性等複合多功能之性質。一般衣著類紡織品主要以生理、舒適與保健性為導向,傳統上是以塗佈或貼合加工方式處理,籍以達成人體生理舒適及保健性的效果。但此等加工一方面造成織物手感變硬,另一方面在穿著及洗滌後因摩擦而降低水洗堅牢度等問題。親水改質實驗結果顯示,聚酯纖維織物採用硬化型親水藥劑進行處理,且最適用量為10~20%水溶液比率。若再經過適當的能量照射後,該基布的親水擴散面積將會有明顯改善。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, we used irradiation energy to process grafting modification to acquire functional textiles with handness, durability and lightness. Traditional textiles finishing process is coating or laminating to make us comfortable and healthy. However, it makes textiles soft less, and makes water fastness reduced through washing or friction. Therefore, the results show the diffusivity of clothes, using polyester as modified clothes, which were processed by two different hydrophilic agent at 10~20% irradiated by proper energy, will be improved obviously. Also time processing will change the effects. |
