中文摘要 | 不同序化度的Pb(Fe2/3 W1/3��)O�婪�(簡稱PFW)-Pb(Li1/4�圄e1/4 W1/2) O�� Pb (簡 PLFW) 固溶體以兩段煆燒方式合成, 各組成固溶體陶瓷的最佳合成條件及晶格常數 值在本文中探討。固溶體的序化度隨 PLFW 含量增加而增加,晶格常數亦隨 PLFW 含量增加 而增大。所有固溶體電性皆具有弛緩鐵電性行為。另外發現富含 PLFW 固溶體之電性愈接近 正規性鐵電材料;而富含 PFW 之固溶體其介行為更具有弛緩性。 本研究中並針對介電係數 對溫度變化關係式,加以探討其中γ 值和δ 值之物理意義,與序化度對這些參數的影響 。△ Tc 在此系統則主要受到組成上影響,並無法反映出材料的弛緩鐵電性。 |
英文摘要 | Pb(Fe2/3 W1/3��)O��(PFW)-Pb(Li1/4�圄e1/4 W1/2)O�婪�(PLFW) solid- solutions with partially ordering were synthesized by the two-step calcination. The optimum systhesis conditions and lattice constants of solid-soultions were reported in this study. The ordering of solid-solutions and lattice constants increased with the amounts of PLFW. The solid solutions with more PFW contents exhibited normal ferroelectric characteristics; however, the solid soultions with more PLFW contents exhibited relaxor ferroelectric characteristics. The effects of ordering on d and g were also discussed. △ Tc was mainly influenced by the composition, and did not reflect the relaxor properties. |
