英文摘要 | With the development and ubiquitous usage of Internet in the past twenty years, many enterprises applied related technologies to build internal or corporate Internet. This has made Intranets widely adopted during the past decade. Literature has recorded and proven Intranet's benefits to organizational operation and management. Taking advantage of the strengths of Intranets, public organizations may substantially improve their organizational communications, organizational learning, organizational members' commitment, Knowledge Management, and Change Management, and eventually contribute to governmental reinvention. |
