中文摘要 | 無線電視臺從過去三家壟斷的時代,到目前有線電視的群起而上,面臨市場收視率及廣告大餅的瓜分;並在新科技的風起雲湧下,遭受數位化傳輸時代的衝擊。使得無線電視業者也開始順應潮流進行結構扁平化、組織再造等活動。 本研究的目標,是針對無線電視臺進行組織變革所必須具備的關鍵成功因素,進行探討評估。依據關鍵成功因素的概念,並配合電視臺組織變革的現況分析以及相關期刊與論文的回顧,用以建構無線電視臺組織變革的關鍵成功因素。 根據上述定義對四家商業無線電視臺的各部門主管進行問卷發放,透過因素分析的資料結果以及與研究對象對相關變項的深度訪談,萃取出其組織變革的關鍵成功因素,以方便無線電視臺在未來策略規劃、資源分配及執行變革再造時,提升產業競爭力之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The burgeoning market share of cable TV stations in the media industry regarding rating and advertising has put the age-old monopoly of Taiwan's three terrestrial TV stations to an end. The development of new technology and digitalization has made a significant impact on these stations as well. All of these factors have forced terrestrial TV stations to launch activities such as structure downsizing, processs reengineering and so on. This research explores and evaluates the key success factors (KSFs) embedded in the organizational transformation launched by terrestrial TV stations. Beginning with a review of relevant literature regarding the concepts of KSFs, a current situation analysis of the organizational transformation in these stations follows. According to the above definitions, questionnaires were administered to the managers of each department of Taiwan's three commercial terrestrial TV stations. Through the qualitative and quantitative results acquired from factor analysis and in-depth interviews about relative variables, KSFs of organizational transformations are extracted. The acquired KSfs can be referenced for future strategic planning, resource allotting, and industrial competitiveness upgrading. |
