中文摘要 | 本文所要探討的是長時間運動時人蔘的抗疲勞作用。在幾千年來人蔘一直為東方 的滋補藥品,近年來,人蔘被用來作為運動員的營養增補劑( ergogenic aids ),由於人 蔘的種類、栽種方式、環境和製造過程都會影響其成份,因此分析確認的方式和實驗設計的 疏忽,使得許多動物實驗結果卻不盡相同,雖然大部分人體實驗的結果能支持人蔘可作為抗 疲勞的物質,改善長時間的運動表現,但是實驗的控制並不理想。因此,人蔘成份的確認、 實驗設計的周詳、人蔘服用的劑量及人蔘與飲食、生活型態和運動交互作用的考量是往後研 究的方向。 |
英文摘要 | The article is to discuss the effect of Ginseng for antifatigue in endurance exercise. For thousands of years, Ginseng has been used as a restorative medicine in the Orient. Recently, Ginseng has been used as an ergogenic aid for the atheletes. Because of genetic nature of the plant sources, the cultivation methods and the manufacturing process, and the compositions of Ginseng product are not the same. Because the determination methods and experimental designs oversight, the research has not been uniformly found. Most researches support that Ginseng can improve endurance exercise. However, experimental control were not ideal. The determination of Ginseng ingredients, ideally experimental design, the dose levels of Ginseng and the interactions of Ginseng with diet, lifestyle and exercise can be further investigated. |
