中文摘要 | Ba2Ti9O20微波介電陶瓷,具介電常數、高的品質因子、低的共振頻率溫度係數,一直是微波元件中重要的材料之一。本文探討非化學劑量比,即在起始粉末中增加或減少TiO2的量,對Ba2Ti9O20微波介電陶瓷之緻密化、顯微組織及介電特性的影響。結果顯示TiO2的過量與不足均不促進燒結;燒結溫度1300°C時,可達最高秷度,隨著燒結溫度繼續增加,密度稍微下降且晶粒有粗大化現象。TiO2的過量較TiO2的不足有較大的介電常數。以化學計量比算出的成分有最高的Q×fo值。 |
英文摘要 | Microwave ceramics (Ba2Ti9O20) with high dielectric constant(εr), low temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(ιf) and high quality factor(Q) have been important materials used in microwave devices. This paper presents the effects of excess and deficient TiO2 on densification microstructure and properties of Ba2Ti9O20. The results show that the excess and deficient TiO2 fail to improve the densification but enhance the grain growth at high temperatures, and the highest density can be obtained at sintering temperature 1300°C, but over this temperature, the grain coarsening can be observed. The composition with excess TiO2 has higherεr than that with deficient TiO2. The stoichiometry Ba2Ti9O20 has the highest Q×fo value. |
