中文摘要 | 以玉米及大豆務為主之豬隻飼糧,在製粒過程中分別以蒸汽處理與加水3%處理兩種不同製造過程製粒,經100匹馬力製粒機,3.5 mm網徑,每種粒狀飼料飼生產二批次,每批次5000公斤。試驗結果顯示,對飼斗粒狀之耐久性,使用蒸汽勢為96.5%,而加水處理者為96.8%,兩種處理差異不顯著,粒狀飼料維持時間都相當長,其粒料耐磨度在96.8%∼96.5%。又蒸汽打粒與否對胺基酸成分不構成影響。然維生素A之含量,經蒸汽處理之粒料雖減少4.48%(每公克5.58IU∼5.33IU),但統計上無顯著差異,然而加水3%之處理則減少維生素A 7.86%(由每公克6.36IU減少至5.86IU,P<0.05)。就製粒效率而言,加水3%之處理者,生產每噸粒料所需電力為26.85度,而蒸汽處理組只需14.17度,加水3%之處理組其耗電量較蒸汽處理組高1.89倍,且明顯地降低生產速率。因此就經營效益言,仍以採用蒸汽製造方法生產粒狀飼料為佳。 |
英文摘要 | To compare the effect of moisturing method in pelleting process on quality of mixed diet for pig, corn-soybean meal diets were pelleted through a 3.5 mm of sieve by 100 Hp of pelleting machine. Moisturing process was completed by two treatments (1)adding steam from a nozzle and (2)spraying 3% of tap water to the meals. Two batches with five thousand kilogram each were conducted in each treatmant. The results showed that there was no difference between the two moisturing treatments in spilting endurance (96.5% of pellets for steaming plot and 96.8% for spraying water plot), in vitamin A and amino acid content. However, vitamin A content was decreased by 4.48% in the steaming treatment (5.58 vs 5.33IU/gram) and by 7.86% in spraying water plot (6.38 VS 5.86 IU/gram). As to the electric power comsumed, to produce one ton of pellet needs 26.85 kwh for spraying 3% of tap water and only 14.17 kwh for the steaming treatment. The spraying water treatment was 1.89 times higher than the steaming treatment in electric power consumption. It is suggested that moisturing with steam is a better way in making pellet. |
