| 英文摘要 | It is becoming more and more evident that the prevailing business worldview of short-term gain and the machine-like model of ‘command and control’ is no longer viable. It has become unsustainable and ineffective, especially in human and environmental terns. Most of the problems that contribute to this breakdown point to a lack of a whole systems view; lack of systematic foresight, lack of vision, values and of purpose. To move forward, a new paradigm is needed the question “What is a company for?” this paper examines some new models that are arising within and around the business community. |
