中文摘要 | 本文利用生物經濟模型推導在宜蘭沿海作業的�等J魚漁業, 於現有資源量的限制 下,的最適漁船數目。我們利用頭城區漁會�等J魚漁業的實證資料,經由數值模擬獲得以下 結果:(1) 個別漁船的漁撈努力介於 32.47 船噸及 36.08 船噸之間。(2) 個別漁船利潤介 於 1,126.665 元及 1,126,615 元之間。(3) 最適漁船數介於 12.77 船組及 14.58 船組之 間。根據本文的模擬結果顯示,目前在宜蘭沿海作業之 27 船組頭城地區的�等J魚作業漁船 數,恐有過多的現象,為維持此漁業之魚價與漁民獲利的穩定,並避免漁資源有枯竭之慮, 建議該地區長期之最適漁船數應維持在 13 船組至 15 船組之間。 |
英文摘要 | This paper develops a bieconomic model to analyze the effect of the fish stock limit upon the optimal size of fishing fleet. A simple expression for finding and characterizing the optimal size of fishing fleet associated with the limit of fish stock is derived. We examine the behavior of the model with a numerical example focusing on the case of engraulidae fishery in Touchen. Using numerical simulations, we obtain the following results: (1) each vessel's fishing effort is between 14.32 and 15.91 tons; (2) each vessel's profit is between NT$ 1,126,665 and NT$ 1,126,615; (3) the optimal number of vessels in the long-run bieconomic equilibrium is between 13 and 15 pairs; and (4) in comparison with the optimal number of vessels, a severe reduction of 27 pairs of shirasu (Engraulidae) vessels now operating in this fishing ground is called for successful management of the fishery. |
