中文摘要 | 本實驗之目的為研究正常中國青年赤腳靜態站立與最適速度步行時之 足底壓力。受測者包括五位男性及五位女性,平均年齡22±3歲、平均身高165.8 ±6.5cm、平均體重62.6±17.1kg。利用Emed-SF足底壓力量測系統記錄站立及步行 的赤腳足底壓力,同時使用Vicon 370動作分析系統量測步頻。結果顯示最大足 底壓力(peak plantar pressure,PPP)及平均足底壓力(mean plantar pressure,MPP)的最大 值,在站立時均發生在內足跟區(PPP=11.1±3.6N/cm��;MPP=7.2±2.4N/cm��),但 步行時則發生在第二蹠骨區(PPP=51.5±18.0N/cm��;MPP=21.5±4.4N/cm��)。力量 分佈(force distribution)方面,站立及步行時均以內足跟區有最大的力量分佈(站立 =93.1±36.4N、步行=361.9±175.1N)。壓力-時間積分(pressure-time integral,PTI)以及 力量-時間積分(force-time integral,FTI)方面,皆以第二蹠骨區為最大(PTI=13.4± 5.4Ns/cm��;FTI=75.2±21.8Ns),應考慮時間效應對此區的影響。足底壓力中心路 徑則由外足跟區開始,而由第二趾區離開。垂直地面反作用力極值出現在22站立 期、約129體重,所得資抖和測力板數據吻合。另paired-t test統計分析結果顯示在 足底十個分區中,其靜態站立與最適速度步行之最大足底壓力、平均足底壓力及 力量分佈參數均為有意義的差異(p<0.05)。實驗結果可做為健康中國年輕人靜態 站立與最適速度步行之足底壓力常模參考,並可做為比較各種疾病引致的足底壓 力變化;本實驗亦顯示靜態站立與動態步行需有不同足底壓力常模。(中華物療誌 1997:22(2):81-90) |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the characteristics of theplantar pressure distribution at the ten selected footregions during static standing and gait at the preferredspeed in ten young healthy Chinese adults (meanage=22±3 years, mean body height=165.86.5 cm andmean body weight=62.6±17.1 kg). The EMED-SF footpressure measuring system was used. The results revealed that the maximum values of the peak and meanplantar pressure occurred at the medial heel regionduring static standing, but occurred at the region ofthe 2nd metatarsal head during gait. It showed thepeak force distribution was recorded at the medialheel region for both during static standing and during gait. The maximum values of the pressure-time integral and force-time integral during gait occurredat the region of the 2nd metatarsal head. The gaitline started from the lateral heel and ended at the2nd metatarsal head. The paired-t test has revealedthat the peak plantar pressure, the mean plantar pressure and the force distribution at ten selected footregions were significantly different (p<0.05) betweenthe static standing and the gait. These results couldbe regarded as reference for the plantar pressure database of the young healthy Chinese adults.
