英文摘要 | Inter-firm collaboration has become an important source for organizational innovation in the competitive age. In this paper, a study of knowledge characteristics, knowledge integration mechanisms and their relationships to organizational innovation performance is presented. The conceptual model is developed from the knowledge-based theory and the organization learning theory. The model and research hypotheses were tested on a sample set of high-tech, information service and financial service companies through exploratory and confirmatory phases. The findings reveal that organizations base on knowledge characteristics to choice the mechanisms for integrating knowledge. And the innovation performance coming from inter-firm collaborations is effected by knowledge characteristics under the intervention of the knowledge integration mechanisms. |
