中文摘要 | 機車挾著取得成本經濟,較小客車輕巧短小,操控時無論迴車或變換方向十分靈活方便,停車便利之優勢,致使機車數量劇增。而伴隨而來之機車安全性差,與其他車種碰撞往往產生嚴重傷害,常為交通事故受害者;且機車行車秩序紊亂,交通安全觀念較為薄弱,亦常為交通事故之加害人,尤其是對行人。因而危及個人之生命財產及遺族之經濟生活,甚而衍生社會問題。我國政府為解決此問題遂仿世界各先進國家以單獨立法方式,訂定強制汽車責任保險法,產生新舊制差異懸殊及民眾對機車使用可能肇事之風險未有充分之感認,加諸檢驗制度形同虛設、警方未大力執法等因素,促使民眾投機心態濃厚,將自身置於高風險環境中而不知。因此找出機車所有人或使用人對該險之感認程度,進而對症下藥促使感認該險之重要性而自行投保。本研究設計模糊問卷,並採用Cronbach α值測定以提高信度,經由因子分析、群落分析再進行判別分析;以臺北、臺中、高雄之三個都會區的機車駕駛人針對新舊制強制汽車責任保險之差異進行隨機抽樣調查為例,共隨機抽取1,200份問卷,以幾何平均數篩選準則評估,再將回收之問卷利用KMO test (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy)測試資料是否適合因素分析,繼之以因子分析將其依對新制強制汽車責任險之感認程度之問項分為保險求償內容因子、保障特色因子、成本負擔因子、法規因子,運用階層式群落分析法,歸納為性別、婚姻、年齡、肇事紀錄等群落。經由階層式群落分析所有樣本其判別力可達到97.1%之準確力。於找出影響變數之潛在因子及各群落之特性,主管機關如何對症下藥為當務之急 |
英文摘要 | The compulsory Automobile and Motorcycle Liability Insurance, which is second only to the Whole People Health Insurance in scale and influence, is an important part of the Taiwanese government insurance policy. With the economic development, the numbers of automobiles and motorcycles increase rapidly. In a highly populated area like Taiwan, motorcycles have the advantages of lower cost, parking convenience, and mobility in traffic jam. They become very popular and hence cause many traffic accidents and even social problems. Therefore, the Taiwanese government follows the western countries to legislate a compulsory automobile liability insurance. Since there exists a gap between the old and the new systems of automobile insurance, most people are unaware of the changes and are reluctant to buy the insurance. Moreover, the automobile inspection and the banning regulations are not strictly enforced. All these factors make the system uncertain and cause a low ratio of insurance buying thus, making the condition worse and endangering the whole system. This study intends to find out whether there is a significant connection between insurance burying and motorcyclists’ cognition of the insurance. In order to investigate this, the study reviews the related literature in psychology, theory of buying behavior, and theory of management. First, a buying behavior model of group of consumers who are reluctant in buying the insurance is constructed using the same group of peoples as the population. Then, a fuzzy questionnaire is designed to get the valid data, then use factor analysis、cluster analysis、Discriminant analysis. This refined model will be applies to explain the consumer behavior and provide the government with suggestion to improve the ratio of buying the insurance. |
