中文摘要 | 本研究以柳杉單板貼面製作定向粒片板(OSB),經CNS2215試驗與超音波、阻抗圖譜儀等非破壞評估,結果顯示柳杉單板與長薄片經含浸酚甲醛樹脂後,柳杉單板之含脂率為30.2%,柳杉長薄片之含脂率為8.2%,製成單板貼面定向粒片板後其靜曲強度、內聚強度、木螺絲保持力與吸水厚度膨脹率等性質均可達CNS2215粒片板30-15型之規定標準。 以超音波、阻抗圖譜儀等非破壞評估試驗發現,超音波傳遞速度會隨定向角度之增大而減低,與MOR、MOE、MOE□、IB及SH值之間均有極顯著之正線性關係存在。而以阻抗圖譜儀估單板貼面定向粒片板時,靜曲性質與PD、MD、GF等特性值呈顯著正相關;而與Pdi呈顯著負相關;內聚強度與MD與GF值呈正線性相關;木螺絲保持力與PD、MD、GF值呈正線性相關。 |
英文摘要 | We manufactured veneer overlaid oriented strand board and evaluated its properties by CNS 2215 standard and non-destructive tests. After PF-resin impregnating, the resin content were 30.2% for veneers and 8.2% for flakes. All of its physical and mechanical properties met the standard as specified in CNS 2215 30-15 types of particleboard. The ultrasonic velocity method and drill resistance test were applied to estimate the properties of veneer overland oriented strand board. The ultrasonic velocity decreased with increasing of the aligned angle. There were significant positive relationships between velocity and MOR, MOE, MOE□, IB, SH. In drill resistance test, the PD, MD and GF affected on properties of bending strength positively while Pdi affected on properties of bending strength negatively. MD and GF positively affected internal bond. Screw holding resistance was positively affected by PD, MD and GF. |
