中文摘要 | 由臺灣中部地區十二處罹患青枯病之茄科植物栽培田中,探討罹病植株受茄科植 物青枯病菌與植物寄生性線虫複合感染為害之情形,其結果顯示,共九處栽培田有青枯病菌 與植物寄生性線虫共同感染之現象。由該九處栽培田內罹患青枯病之茄科植物根圈土壤中, 分離之植物寄生性線虫, 以南方根瘤線蟲 (Meloidogyne incognita) 及北方根腐線蟲 (Pratylenchus penetrans) 為主 o 對青枯病具不同抗感程度之蕃茄品種或菸草品種,若先 接種線虫 (南方根瘤線蟲或北方根腐線蟲 ) 後再接種青枯病菌、 先接種青枯病菌後再接種 線虫、及線虫和青枯病菌同時接種等三種線虫和細菌複合感染處理,其青枯病發病程度皆比 單獨接種細菌處理者為高,顯示植物寄生性線虫與病原細菌複合感染茄科植物時,確有加重 病害感染及降低抗病品種抗病性之趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | The distributionof the complex disease between bacterial wilt of solanaceous plants and plant-parasitic nematodes in central Taiwan have been investigated. The result of investigation appeared the existence of plant parasitic nematodes in nine locations of bacterial wilt-infected area, including root-knot nematode (meloidogyne incognita) and lesion nematode (Pratylenchus penetrans). The effect of plant-parasitic nematodes on severity of bacterial wilt in solanaceous plants also have been conducted. The data showed that disease rating of bacterial wilt in three treatments (includes:1.inoculated with root-knot nematode or lesion nematode and one month later with the bacteria; 2.inoculated with the bacteria and two weeks later with the nematodes:3.inoculated with nematode and bacteria simultaneously) was higher than inoculated with bacteria only. This conclusion showed that the complex disease between plant-parasitic nematodes and Ralstonia solanacearum could increased disease severity and reduced the resistance of bacterial wilt-resistant solanaceous plants. |
