中文摘要 | 水性脂肪族聚胺酯樹脂(PU)/水性丙烯酸酯樹脂(Ac)混合塗料,分別添加超細二 氧化鈦 (TiO �� ) 等光安定劑, 塗裝後之試片分別經 QUV 加速耐候和 UV 照射 960 小時 , 藉由色差計、霍氏紅外線光譜儀 (FTIR)、動態機械分析儀 (DMA),觀察試片之顏色變化 、IR 光譜及動態機械性質,以瞭解超細 TiO �祐@為光安定劑之耐候性能,結果歸納如下: 超細 TiO �粉P其它有機光安定劑皆具有抑制紫外線對木質塗裝材顏色變化之效益。 從 IR 光譜觀察,在氨基 (3334.7cm �笐� ), 甲基 (2935.7cm �笐� ),亞甲基 (2872.3cm �笐� ) ,羰基 (1730cm �笐� ),聚胺酯樹脂之醯胺基 (1528cm �笐� ), 丙烯酸酯之甲基 (830 cm �笐� ),丙烯酸之雙鍵 (810CM �� ��) 等之主要吸收峰,幾乎沒有改變,而未添加光安定 劑者則顯著減弱。就動態機械性質而言,它亦顯示比未添加者更具耐候性能。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to investigate the possibilities of weatherability of ultrafine TiO �� as a light stabilizer. Water-borne aliphatic polyurethane (PU)/acrylate(Ac) latex blend resins, ultrafine TiO �� and other additives were formulated for wood air-drying coating. The discoloration, chemical modificatiion and dynamic mechanical properties of coating specimens accelerated with QUV or radiated aging with UV for 960 hours were monitored by color difference meter, FTIR spectroscopy and dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA). The results showed that TiO ��,benzotriazole UV-absorbers(UVA) and hindered amines (HALS) were substantial to inhibit the discoloration rate of wood. The polymers containning ultrafine TiO �� were less photondegradated and thus remained more functional groups as amino, methyl, methylene, carbonyl, amide II, and acrylyl. In addition, the dynamic mechanical properties of a water-borne PU/Ac containning TiO �畝s a light stabilizer of coating film showed better weatherability. |
